An open-edition fine art print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. Unframed prints preserve the complete composition. The large framed edition uses the centered crop shown in its preview to fill the frame edge to edge.

Oversize has an image of approximately 40 × 50 inches on a 44 × 54 inch paper sheet. Borderless Monument extends to a 149.8 cm (approximately 59 inch) short edge, with height following the artwork’s proportions.

Choose Oak, Black or White for the available framed sizes. The large framed edition has a 70 × 100 cm image with no white border, and measures approximately 73.2 × 103.2 cm (28.8 × 40.6 inches) outside the frame. Your selected option shows its exact image, paper and frame dimensions.

We ship internationally through theprintspace / Creativehub. Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are confirmed when you enter your address at checkout. Some addresses or formats may be restricted.

Made for your order

Each work is printed to order. Allow approximately 1–5 working days for paper prints and 5–10 working days for framed prints before dispatch. Production time is additional to transit time.

After dispatch, the supplier estimates 6–10 working days to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and most European destinations, and 6–15 working days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, customs and carrier delays may add time. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Shipping charges and tracking

The delivery charge shown at checkout applies to your order. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and taxes

For our standard paper and stock-framed products, theprintspace currently states that orders delivered within the US, UK and EU incur no additional import charges. Other destinations may charge duties, import taxes or handling fees payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly includes them. Sales taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Delivery help

Please check your address before ordering. For an address correction, delay, damaged parcel or missing order, contact partnerships@troplanduniverse.com with your order number. Address changes depend on production and dispatch status. Keep packaging and photographs of damage where possible so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

30-day returns

If the artwork is not right for your home, email partnerships@troplanduniverse.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please send the work back within 14 days of notifying us.

For our voluntary 30-day policy, works must be undamaged and in their original condition, with all included components. Please use the original protective packaging if available, or equally protective packaging. There is no restocking fee. The buyer pays return shipping; a tracked, insured service is recommended for valuable artworks. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change of mind, except where the law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please do not send artwork back until we provide instructions. Reporting promptly helps us investigate; it does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will confirm receipt and review your return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned work, or sooner when required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Order changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop it before production begins. If production has started, we may be unable to change or stop dispatch, but the return and statutory cancellation rights below still apply.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not restrict, any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where UK or EU distance-selling rules apply, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect the work as you would in a shop; unnecessary handling that reduces its value may affect the refund where legally permitted. Required refunds include standard outbound delivery charges, excluding any premium delivery upgrade, and are made within the statutory deadline. We may await the returned goods or evidence of return where permitted by law. Buyer-paid return shipping applies to a change of mind where lawful. Printing a standard catalog artwork to order does not by itself remove these rights.

To cancel, email: “I wish to cancel my order [order number] for [artwork], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and address are [details].” No particular wording is required. For questions, contact partnerships@troplanduniverse.com.
